| Recently the Government of Maharashtra, in coalition with CIDCO, had floated a tender for development of 10,000 hectares of land. Ajmera Group was preferred as one of the ten eligible builders under the Evaluation of Business Plan for development of Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone (NMSEZ), in participation with CIDCO, as the Group fulfilled all the criteria laid down for the selection, including the minimum eligibility criterion for Technical Capability being the construction Company should have constructed real estate projects of more than One Billion Indian Rupees. |
