Private Limited has proposed expansion
of their cement unit and planned to install 1,000 tpd
Rotary Kiln in the existing unit. The Company is looking
for suitable cement plant machineries and are presently using
clean environmental mechanisms in its existing plant.
In the proposed expansion it will continue to use CDM
method. The Company has planned an RMC Plant in Mumbai
and aims to achieve an ISO 14001 certification.

Private Limited is situated in
10 acres land, having dense plantation surrounding the
plant to reduce air pollution. Ajmera Cements Pvt. Ltd.
is well equipped with Pollution Control Equipment. There
are 80 persons working in Ajmera Cements.
Ajmera’s cement production during the
third quarter of 2005–06 was 10,600 metric tons, which
was 64 percent of the existing capacity utilization. Towards
the last quarter of the year, (i.e. January–March 2006)
the approximate capacity utilization will be about 72
percent

Private Limited is exporting
cement to Dubai, Sharjah , Iraq, etc. Lately, they have
received enquiries from Gulf countries like Madagascar,
Alexandria (Egypt), Durban, Dubai and Iraq for around
20,000 metric tons.

Direct supply to Government and Semi Government bodies and leading
estate builders
Exporting Cement to surrounding
countries such as Dubai, Sharjah, Iraq, etc
